1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Script & Strategy Consulting, LLC ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern our professional relationship and the use of our intellectual property. Our services are tailored for sophisticated brand development, reflecting the meticulous balance of art and market science.
2. Intellectual Property
All bespoke calligraphy, strategic frameworks, and visual identity designs created during the consulting process remain the intellectual property of Script & Strategy Consulting until full payment is received. Upon final settlement, usage rights are transferred as specified in the individual client engagement agreement.
- Proprietary Methods: Our "Ink & Insight" workshop methodologies are proprietary.
- Visual Content: Any preview sketches are for evaluation only.
3. Consulting Engagement
Engagement with Script & Strategy begins with a formal visual audit. Clients are responsible for providing accurate business data and timely feedback. Delays in feedback during the 'Scripting Phase' may result in adjusted project timelines. We operate with high-level discretion and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client market data.
4. Limitation of Liability
While Script & Strategy provides authoritative expertise in brand development and market analysis, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Business success depends on various external market factors. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service under dispute.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the courts of New York County.
